With over 30 years of experience in hotel lodging and outdoor hospitality, Renie drives topline growth for Carroll Hospitality clients through a hands-on, integrated approach. Her background includes securing national media placements in Southern Living and Better Homes and Gardens for Blackberry Farm, a Relais & Châteaux property; increasing revenue by 43% as General Manager of Country Inn & Suites Cedar Bluff; and most recently, overseeing revenue strategy for a portfolio of independent and Margaritaville-branded hotels and RV resorts in Pigeon Forge, Nashville, and Lanier Islands, Georgia.
Renie’s approach goes beyond software algorithms, combining daily rate checks with dynamic pricing, market analysis, and coordinated marketing and sales strategies to optimize revenue. Her leadership—shaped by experience with Hilton, Radisson, Margaritaville, and independent properties—has earned her General Manager of the Year honors and multiple marketing awards. She ensures every group sales, marketing, and pricing decision works in concert to deliver measurable results.
Marie Carroll – Director of Social Media & Reputation Management
Marie brings hotel and outdoor hospitality expertise to her role as Director of Social Media & Reputation Management at Carroll Hospitality Partners, where she personally oversees all social platforms and guest review channels. Her hands-on approach—including daily posting, strategic audience growth, and prompt responses to guest messages for both potential guests considering a stay and current guests with questions or concerns—builds engagement, strengthens guest relationships, and drives bookings.
At Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge, Marie achieved engagement rates seven times higher than competitors—demonstrating the impact of her approach on visibility and guest engagement. She applies the same level of strategy and responsiveness across all hotel and RV resort clients, with tailored content plans, a guest photo advocacy program, and influencer partnerships—including one campaign that generated over $167,000 in tracked revenue. Marie’s property-specific, guest-first strategy strengthens reputation, builds community and loyalty, and turns engagement into measurable results.
Sam Carroll – Director of Operations & Revenue Manager
Sam brings a dynamic blend of hotel lodging, outdoor hospitality, and restaurant management to his role at Carroll Hospitality Partners. He enhances property performance through strategic forecasting, competitive analysis, and streamlined financial operations, with a focus on identifying and optimizing revenue opportunities.
His expertise includes financial analysis, revenue reporting, budgeting, bookkeeping, and vendor negotiations, along with valuable insights gained from his time as front-of-house manager at Nashville’s renowned Skull’s Rainbow Room. There, he developed service strategies that now shape client-side recommendations in hospitality and food and beverage operations. Sam’s data-driven revenue reports help properties stay agile and responsive in evolving markets.
